Simple Terms for Returns

We’ve made our refunds and exchanges policy straightforward so you can shop with confidence. No unnecessary jargon, just simple and clear!

  • Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from your purchase to request a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them, with tags attached.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm via email.
  • Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

  • If your shirt is damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it for the same style and size.
  • Reach out to friedo@sportilium.com to start the process.

Shipping Returns

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping unless it’s a faulty product.
