Simple Terms for Returns
We’ve made our refunds and exchanges policy straightforward so you can shop with confidence. No unnecessary jargon, just simple and clear!
- Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from your purchase to request a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them, with tags attached.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm via email.
- Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
- If your shirt is damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it for the same style and size.

Shipping Returns
- You’ll need to cover return shipping unless it’s a faulty product.
