In this video, I take you through my journey at Round 3 of the King of Ballarat 2024. After crashing out in 2023 and breaking my hand, I had something to prove this year. Joined by Dan, a top contender in last year’s series, we hit Black Hill for some pre-race practice.
Race weekend brought its challenges with damp conditions, a snapped lever blade, and a chaotic practice session. But thanks to Matt from Cycle Scape, I got back on track and pushed through. Watch as I battle it out in the 35+ category, tackling tricky jumps, roots, and unpredictable weather. I managed to secure a top 6 finish—beating Dan in the process!
