There’s nothing better than dropping straight into Dog Pound from Upper Buckle at Lysterfield MTB Park. Just watch for walkers along the fire trail as you take the drop going into Dog Pound. There’s a couple of nice little jumps after the first few berms and a slight uphill before you get to the bigger table tops. Preload your suspension and you will sore like an eagle. I came unstuck here not that long ago when my pedals weren’t parallel after the jumps and ended scraping a straight section and bending the shaft on my Crank Brothers Stamp 3s. Back to the old trusty Race Face Chesters for me.
